Contributor Bio: Daniel, Matt In his late twenties, Matt Daniel spent two years traveling around the world. During these years he hiked the Himalayas, dove the Red Sea, lived with tribes in Kenya and Uganda, studied with Tibetan Monks, and was a co-worker of Mother Teresa. This journey led him on the path of becoming a healer. Over the next decade he studied Five Element Acupuncture, became a Yoga teacher, and worked a frustrating career in Western Medicine.
