True Diary Of A Mad Man

Our Great Grandpa was a brilliant and well traveled man. When he left this earth, he left this manuscript that has been handed down for many years to our family. It was laying in his safe as if to have some importance. It was covered in deteriorating leather and tied with a brittle leather strap that crumbled to the touch. Inside the pages were yellow with age. Each hand pressed paper page would break with each flip and turn to dust when it hit the natural elements of our climate. As we carefully opened each page, we saw the strangest coded writings we have ever seen, ancient artifacts, what seems to be a forgotten technology, maps, star charts and odd creatures. It even had what looked to be blue prints. We thought to ourselves, we need to have these pages restored to the exact detail they originally were in, instead of this decaying mass of paper and leather. This manuscript is the weirdest and craziest thing that we have ever seen! Here is part of the refurbished work. Please help us figure out what any of this means.
