This is the story of a kid who couldn't read, but is now called, "doctor," because he fell in love with comics. Comics were my gateway to literacy as it helped develop my love of story to the point that I wanted more and more. This comic tells my specific journey of how I discovered this learning disability, while developing my skills to not only "decode" the words on a page, but also life itself. This graphic memoir is written as an encouragement to others who may struggle with dyslexia to never give up! Keep going!
