Demi volume I

Demi is an action/adventure-filled fun tale of two best friends, Grail and Luin, who were born under peculiar circumstances. Their parents each made deals with demons. In this world, that debt is transferred onto their children. So, both Grail and Luin are orphaned and were born with no shadows. This means that when they turn 18, a demon can give them a "replacement" shadow called a Demi. Demis are half-shadow, half-demon mystical creatures that serve demons. They can interact with the real world, and tempt their hosts into following the same fate as their parents. Already stigmatized for not having a shadow since birth, Grail and Luin's luck worsens when they are targeted by a demon for his evil plan... or can they turn their luck around?
