Julie Dewey writes about Tuberculosis and the Adirondack Sanitariums. Through developing the stories of her characters you learn a lot about TB and its effects on people from all different backgrounds. I live in the Adirondacks, I now can't wait to take a trip to Saranac Lake to see where the story takes place. Great story from a great author! I can't wait for her to write another book!
