Hundreds died in the weeks that followed as the gang claiming a new world order massacred anyone opposing their reign of terror, or were superfluous to their needs. Eventually the insurgents had justice served to them in the form of torture, and death. Only two were spared and abandoned on the mainland, never to be heard from again.Almost 400 years post these true events, the accidental unearthing of eerily mutated human remains in the Western Australian countryside leads to the discovery of a medallion belonging to a crew member of the ill-fated Batavia's maiden journey. A Maritime Archaeologist searching for answers encounters a young human guinea-pig with abnormal abilities on the run from her captors, and begins to discover the dark secrets of the disturbed local immortal's twisted, shocking, and blood-soaked history.
